KPAC21: ‘Core Pillars of Good Transnational Partnerships’ with Transparency International

This session examines two cases of transnational partnerships and critical factors that enable locally led responses. The first examines two members of Transparency International movement and partnership factors that have made a difference in the wake of the October Revolution and Port Explosion in Lebanon. The second examines Saferworld and Al Ayam’ s experience piloting micro-granting and participatory action learning in crisis (PALC) methodologies to improve human security and promote peace in Sudan.This session features panelists Thu Trang Nguyen (Fundraising Manager at Transparency International (TI) Secretariat), Julien Courson (Executive Director of the Lebanese Transparency Association (LTA)), Ariana Martini (Head of Program Support and Learning Team at Saferworld), and Dalia Eissa (Program Coordinator at Al-Ayam Center for Cultural Studies and Development (ACCSD).
